In event of any modification or cancellation of any tour or package, charges will apply.

The charges depend on many factors such as the number of components booked in the package and the time at which the tour is cancelled before the actual date of the tour besides other factors.

Cancellation Policy Approximate Charges (Can change depending on the situation):
- Approximate 25% tour fees in case cancellation is done 20-30 days before the tour date.
- Approximate 50% tour fees in case cancellation is done 7 to 20 days before the tour.
- Approximate 75% tour fees in case cancellation is done 1 to 7 days before the tour.
- Full cancellation charges in case cancellation is done 24 hours before the tour.

We will refund the amount within 1 week modification/cancellation has been done from your side.

All disputes in this matter will be settled amicably between the respective party and Trip Trails.
Disclaimer Policy
Namaste City Tour will not, under any circumstances, be liable for any personal injury, sickness, loss or damages during the course of the tour.
Tips to driver and guide are not included in the cost of the tour and are at the discretion of the customer.
If a part of the tour or package is not utilized then no refund will be given for the same.
You are required to furnish correct information about your name, age, passport and all the information required at the time of inquiry and confirmation of booking. Namaste City Tour will not be held responsible in any way if anything untoward happens due to the inaccuracy of your documents.
We request you to please furnish correct information about any of the passengers who have a disability, is pregnant or any other physical or mental condition that you should let us know. We will not be held responsible for any untoward incident or consequences during the tour in case you take any adventurous activity which is not suitable for your health.
Namaste City Tour will be not be liable for any untoward natural phenomena such as extreme rainfall, storm, etc during the course of the tour. The final decision will be of Namaste City Tour to go ahead with the original itinerary. Namaste City Tour will try its best to cover as much as possible (if time and logistics permit) to cover the itinerary that was missed because of the natural phenomena.
Namaste City Tour does not guarantee the accuracy of information of timings and working days of monuments mentioned in the website as these can change over a period of time. Namaste City Tour will try its best to keep the information updated from time to time.

We strongly believe that the personal information of our customers should not be shared with the third party without the prior consent or request from the customer.
